Welcome to the Winglet online store operated by Winglet LLC (hereinafter referred to as “Winglet Holiday”). Winglet Holiday specializes in organizing and facilitating travel arrangements for individuals or groups visiting the Caucasus Region.

Winglet Holiday, through the website www.winglet.ge (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”), makes public offers to customers for the purchase of various tours in the Caucasus Region. To purchase a tour, the user shall register on the Website and place an order from their own account at personal expense.

These Terms and Conditions consist of general contracting terms and conditions that will govern the online contracting procedure offered by the Website, which is operated by Winglet Holiday.

Please read these terms and conditions carefully. By using the Website, you automatically confirm that you have read, understood, and fully agreed to these terms and conditions of use. If you do not fully agree with them, please do not continue to use the Website and/or other services publicly offered by us.

Winglet Holiday is responsible for the tour operation only.

At the time of purchase, you will choose the payment method; the amount will be deducted from the card or credited to our account based on the invoice.

You represent and warrant that: you have the legal right to use any card(s) or other payment method(s) in connection with any purchase; and that the information you provide is true, correct, and complete.

The payment and purchase process may require our use of third-party services. By providing your information, you give us the right to provide this information to a third party, which is subject to our privacy policy.

We inform you that when you log in to the Website, we collect the information sent by your browser, and it is called Login Data. This may include information such as your computer's internet protocol address, browser version, our site pages visited, time spent on those pages, and other statistics.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for certain reasons, including but not limited to: availability of the product or service, errors in the description of the product or service or price, errors in your order, or other reasons.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if there is a suspicion of fraud, unauthorized, or illegal transactions.

We may hire a third party - companies or individuals - for the following purposes: to improve service; to provide services on our behalf; for service-related sub-services; and for service analysis.

5. Order cancellation, refund or reimbursement

The order cancellation is permitted up to two weeks prior to the booked tour date, and in this case, the refund or remuneration shall be made within 5 business days from the cancellation date of the order. Otherwise, the paid amount is not returned.

6. Composition and Content

Any visual and text material posted on our website is the property of Winglet or is licensed for use. You may not distribute, modify, transmit, download, copy, or use the mentioned content in whole or in part for personal commercial purposes or without prior written permission.
